Open: July 1–31, Good Friday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, and Remembrance Day.

Closed: Mondays and Tuesdays every month except for July, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.

$10 Sunday Funday at Studio Bell*

Explore the story of music in Canada for a special price of only $10 per admission on Sundays throughout November.

*This limited offer is available every Sunday throughout the month of November 2017.  Not applicable for use with any other special offers or discounts. This offer is only available in person at the Studio Bell box office.

Studio Bell is located in Calgary’s East Village at 850 4 Street SE, Calgary. We encourage you to walk, bike or take transit to visit Studio Bell and then explore the restaurants, pathways and parks of Calgary’s East Village!

Walk / Bike

We are less than a 10 minute walk from the Calgary Tower, the Calgary Stampede, and Calgary City Hall and we are located directly on Calgary’s bike path system.


Studio Bell is a short walk from the City Hall LRT Station. Exit the east end of the station platform and walk along 7 Avenue to 4 Street SE. Turn right onto 4 Street SE and walk south to Studio Bell. Walking time to Studio Bell from the station is approximately 10-15 minutes.

A bus stop is located at 9 Avenue and 4 Street SE that is served by buses #1 and #305 (weekday rush hour). For more transit information, please visit


The City of Calgary Parking Authority has lots located at 363 9 Avenue SE, 724 4 Street SE, and street parking on 8 Avenue SE and throughout the East Village. Parking is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week on a first come, first served basis.

Everyone is welcome to Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre. We want to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. The fourth north entrance is fully accessible and service dogs are welcome with proper identification.

An attended coat check is also available at the Visitor Services desk.
