Transform your summer camp experience by hosting it at Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre. Our exceptional venue offers versatile spaces equipped with top-tier amenities, creating the perfect environment for creativity, learning, and fun. Conveniently located in Calgary’s vibrant East Village, Studio Bell provides an inspiring backdrop for your programming. Let us elevate your camp with our unique facilities designed to spark imagination and connection.
The space:
The weekly rental rate of this space is $2,000 + GST.
Rental rate Includes:
- Rental of Media Room space from Monday at 7:00 am to Friday at 6:00 pm.
- Access to the museum for staff and campers during museum hours — 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Equipped with chairs and tables for up to 30 campers.
- 1 x 65-inch TV to plug and play.
- White board/bulletin board, whiteboard markers, and pushpins.
- Open network wifi.
- 1 x NMC staff as on-call support.
Additional amenities can be provided at an additional cost, including:
- Opportunity to add a performance component and, if schedules align, join NMC’s end-of-week Build-a-Band performance, with access to our space and resources.
- 1 x 45-60 minute-session each day of camp with an NMC educator.
- Access to classroom consumable instruments & education PA equipment if needed.
- Exclusive tour of NMC’s world class recording studios for campers during museum hours.
- Exclusive tour of the museum featuring interpreter demonstrations of historic instruments during museum hours.
- Exclusive demonstration of NMC’s famed Kimball Theatre Organ during museum hours.
- NMC workshops and activities, for example:
- Sound Storm
- Serenity Soundscapes
- Boomwhacker Jam-Along
